Rejected'd!

Welcome to academicrejection.com! Although researchers are supposedly smart, many of us are dumb. While the merit of our work is often based on the amount of money brought into our university and number of manuscripts published, we are ultimately at the mercy of the blind peer-review process. Ah, the blind review, where researchers can vent their frustrations with your theory, judge you for using MANOVA instead of multiple ANOVAs, or simply state that your topic is too complex for their taste and just give you a nice REJECT. Well, now we have a forum where we can unite our, "What the f*** was that reviewer thinking?!" with some humor. If you have a great comment from a manuscript review or grant review, please email me or post here. Don't worry, the posts need to be approved and I'll make them anonymous so no one knows what you did.
